Went to the doctors this morning and got blood work done. Getting tested to see where my energy has gone. It feels like i have nothing in my the last couple weeks though I have been getting more sleep then normal. (the doctor's jaw dropped when I told him 3-4 hours was normal for me). Speaking of sleep I had half written a post on balance after reading a comment on how Kung Fu has brought balance to my life. I was gonna say that in fact it has not. I then read a blog titled Balanced People Don't Change the World and realized I've just balanced my life a different way. I have to make sacrifices (usually in the food and sleep departments, followed closely by the friends and families department) to get to where it is that I want to be in life. Anyways the blog post is a good read and I'll include the link for anyone interested.
